AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS

The City Council hereby declares that this Ordinance
is necessary as an emergency measure for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace and safety. The reasons for the
urgency of this ordinance are as follows: Due to an offset between
the westerly extension of Almont Avenue and the easterly exten-
sion there is a conflict between the left turning moves. In order
to correct the conflict it will be necessary to realign the mark-
ings on the street. In order to obtain the width necessary for the
sie-by--side left turn lanes, parking must be prohibited on the east
side of State College Boulevard from the centerline of the east
extension of Almont Avenue to 560 feet northerly.
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Paragraph 77, to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -- STREETS
DESIGNATED.
77. State College Boulevard on the east side, from
Almont Avenue to 560 feet north of Almont Avenue."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and immediately upon and after its
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
