AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING SECTION 4.29.030 OF CHAPTER 4.29 OF
TITLE 4 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO BUSINESS REGULATIONS (MASSAGE PARLORS).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
Section 4.29.030 of Chapter 4.29 of Title 4 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding at the end
thereof, the following:
"The requirements of Chapter 4.29 shall not
apply to non-profit organizations or to ele-
emosynary institutions."
SECTION 2:
That except to theextent amended by this Ordinance
all of the provisions of Chapter 4.29 shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
