AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUI4ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FII4D
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 66R-670 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones Sereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL I
Lot 5 in clock 11 of the Golden State Tract in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a :nap recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67
of miscellaneous 17daps records of said County.
EXCEPTING therefrom those portions of said lots include&
within California State Highway Route ORA 91 (142 feet
wide) formerly known as Route ORA 175-B.
Also known as in accordance with a specifically filed
tract map as +
- Lots 45, 46, 107 and 103 of "Eucalyptus Forest Tract",
City of Anaheim, as shown on the map recorded in Boo;
5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous ,laps, in the office
of the Countv Recorder of said Orange County, California,
together with the street adjoining Lots 45 and 46 of
Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
book 5, pages 29 and 30 of xiiscellaneous Mw?s, records of

Orange County, California on the North and the
street adjoining said Lot 45 and Lot 108 of said
Eucalyptus Forest Tract on the West or any portion
thereof that would attach to said lots upon abandon-
ment, said streets having been abandoned by Order
of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County on jarch
27, 1923, a certified copy of which is recorded in
book 20, page 277 of Miscellaneous Records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northeasterly 102.04 feet of the
Southeasterly 175 feet of Lot 103 and the Southeasterly
175 feet of Lot 107 of "Eucalyptus Forest Tract" as shown
on a map recorded in book 5, pages 29 and 30 of J1,1isc-
ellaneous daps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROI-1 that portion of said Droperty
as conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded
in book 8063, page 473 of official Records, Orange
County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to 1,1-1,
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions,.
1. That all engineering -requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curns, gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed,
2. That all site development standards of the M-1
Zone, as applicable, shall be complied with in
accordance with the time limitation established for
said zone.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning :Tap shall be, and the same is herebv
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning _.lap as amended is hereby adopted and the Citv Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning H!ap showing the changes hereby ap-proved and
adopted.
SECTION 3,
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall talke effect and be in full force.
