2927ORDINANCE NO., 2927 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THAT; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHLIM DOES FII4D WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution Zoo• 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones=ereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 20, Block K, of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in boos: 12, pages 87 and 88, Idiscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, bounded Easterly by the Westerly line of the land described in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded November 10, 1960 in book 5504, page 8, of Official Records of said Orange County; Southerly and Westerly by the Northerly and general Easterly lines, respectively, of the lands described in the deeds to the State of California, recorded November 6, 1963, in book 6794, page 479, of said Official Records and recorded April 22, 1963 in boom 6515, page 989 of said Official Records; and Northwest- erly by the Southerly line, Easterly line and Northerly prolongation of said Easterly line of the land described in that certain lease to the Standard Oil Company of California recorded July 29, 1963, in book 6650, page 347, of said Official Records. -1- 61-62-69(43) now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the fol- lowing conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
