AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FI14D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change
or changes in a zone or zones -Hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 275.00 feet of the West 290.00 feet of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 22 Township 4 South; Range 10 Nest in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon De Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California. as per map
recorded in took 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the Office of the County Recorder of said county.
Said land is included within the area shown on a map
filed in the Office of the Countv Recorder of said
Orange County, in Hook 72, page 32 of Record of Sur-
veys in the Office of the County Recorder of said
county.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL --AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C --h, CO.UviERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities;
or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with

as required by the Citv Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the. City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 150 per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent
of Streets, prior to final building inspection.
5.
That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in archi-
tectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning 1 -dap shall be, and the same is hereby,-
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded frorl
the zone in which ^it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning !,lap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning slap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15 ) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed. published and
circulated in said City. and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
