A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION 83R-45, CONCERNING
ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the city Council has previously adopted
Resolution 83R-45, abandoning a certain easement; and,
WHEREAS, the legal description of the easement
contained in Resolution 83R-45 was incorrect and should be
amended nunc pro tunc to state the correct legal description of
the abandoned easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
Resolution 83R-45 is hereby amended nunc pro tunc by
deleting therefrom the legal description of the easement to be
abandoned and substituting therefor the following legal
description:
A portion of that certain easement for water line
purposes as conveyed to the City of Anaheim by the Long Beach
Leasing Company be deed recorded on April 15, 1965 in Book 7485,
page 197, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California described as follows:
That easement for the installation and maintenance of a
water line over, under and across those portions of Lot 20 in
Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California and that portion of Lots 9 and 10 of Orange
Grove Acres as shown on a map recorded in Book 6, page 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County California. That
portion to be abandoned, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line of
said Lot 9 and the Southerly line of La Palma Avenue (106 feet
wide) as said intersection is shown on a Record of Survey Map
filed in Book 57, page 17 of Record of Surveys in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence S 73° 44' 00"
W, along said Southerly line a distance of 379.00 feet to the

point of intersection with a line which is parallel with and
distant Westerly 370.00 feet, measured at right angles from the
Easterly line of said Lot 9; thence S 3° 45' 10" East along said
parallel line a distance of 700.0 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence N 86° 14' 50" E, 370.0 feet; thence S 3° 45'
10" E, 194.51 feet; thence S 86° 14' 50" W, 8.0 feet; thence N
3° 45' 10" W, 186.51 feet; thence S 86° 14' 50" W, 362.0 feet;
thence N 3° 45' 10" W, 8.0 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
city Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
Nove~er, 1991.
