91-308 RESOLUTION NO. 9~R-308
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 761
AND VARIANCE NO. 3282 AND DECLARING RESOLUTIONS
NO. 65R-805 AND NO. 82R-538 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Condition Use Permit
No. 761 on November 2, 1965, by Resolution No. 65R-805; and
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3282 on
November 2, 1982, by Resolution No. 82R-538
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit and Variance for the reason they are no
longer needed and their termination is a condition of approval of a
new Conditional Use Permit No. 3109, permitting a convenience
market with gasoline sales, fast food service, off-sale beer and
wine, and a parking waiver;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 761 and Variance No. 3282 be, and the
same are hereby, terminated and that Resolutions No. 65R-805 and
82R-538 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of November ,
1991.
