A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO SUPPORT THE
SUBMITTAL OF GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR
MEASURE M SUPER STREET FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to maintain and
improve the streets and roads within its jurisdiction; and,
WHEREAS, the City supports regional coordination of
transportation improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to use Measure M funds for
transportation maintenance and improvement projects; and,
WHEREAS, Harbor Boulevard between Imperial Highway and
the Route 55 Freeway (extended) in Costa Mesa has been designated
as a Super Street; and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Fountain
Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, La Habra and Santa Ana and the
County of Orange are interested in preparing a cooperative study
to implement the Harbor Boulevard Super Street Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby
endorses submittal of grant applications for Measure M Super
Street funds to further the implementation of the Harbor
Boulevard Super Street Project.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of
October, 1991.
