A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AHENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2981 AND AHENDING RESOLUTION NO.
88R-135.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 88R-135 approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 2981, subject to certain conditions specified therein;
and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on October 1, 1991, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the city Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the public
peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to permit
reasonable operation under said Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Conditional Use Permit No. 2981 be, and the same are hereby,
amended by the amendment of Condition No. 2 as set forth in
Resolution No. 88R-135 to read as follows:
"That in conformance with Code Section
18.61.050.614, the temporary church use of
subject property shall be permitted to continue
for a three (3) year time period until March
29, 1994, and that the petitioner or his
authorized representative may then seek
approval of a final three (3) year time
extension from the Planning Commission in
connection with a duly-noticed public hearing.
The church shall, with the exception of
national holidays, lit activities prior to 6:00
o'clock p.m. on Mondays through Fridays to
church office staff."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 88R-135 shall remain in full force and
effect.

city Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of October, 1991.
