A RESOI33TION OF THE ~l'l'f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAB~:~M
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-79 WHIff4 ESTABLIS~I) RATES OF
COMP~SATION FOR CIASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~I'~3 AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human ~sources Director has rec~m,~nded in a staff
report dated September 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-79 be a~m=~ded in
the manner hereinafter sot forth, effective September 27, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-79 which established rates of c~t~mnsation for classifications
designated as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find tb~t
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-79 be amended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Convention Center Support Services Supervisor X ~R04
Stores Supervisor X CR04
BE IT ~0RTH~R RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 91R-79 is September 27, 1991.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOT.~n that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 9/R-79 shall r~nain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the city
Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of October , 1991.
