AMENq)ING RESOI33TION NO. 91R-80 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED RATES OF
(I~P~SATION FOR CIASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATe30 AS P~DFESSIONAL
~7H~REAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-80 be amended in
the ~ hereinafter set forth, effective September 27, 1991; a~d
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-80 which established rates of c~%~nsation for classifications
designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best /nterest of the City of
Anaheim.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City
of Ar~heim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-80 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Paralegal X CR05
BE IT FURi~4ER RESOLVED that the effective date of said am~ent
to P~solution No. 91R-80 is September 27, 1991.
Resolution No. 91R-80 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUi~ON is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of October , 1991.
