OF O2~PE~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE I~i'~qATIONAL
BlROTH~RHOOD OF ~.~uI'RICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has reommuer~ed in a staff
report dated September 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 89R-407 be amended in the
~a~ner hereinafter set forth, effective September 27, 1991; a~d
WH~tEAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
~9R-407 which established rates of c~%~ensation for classes assigned to the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47; and
Wf55hEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendments are in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 27, 1991 through July 2, 1992, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are
now e~ployed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHeSt RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 89R-407 is September 27, 1991.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVfD that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated October 6, 1989, between the City of Anaheim and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 apply to the
foregoing classifications.
AND, BE IT FURITDER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 89R-407 shall rem~in in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLI7I~C~ is approved and adopted by the City
Cotlncil of the City of Anahei~ this 1st day of October , 1991.
