A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA~k~M
AMenDING RESOLI3ITON NO. 91R-48 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED RATES

R~FRES~I'~3 BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL ~PIO¥~:~q ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the ~ Resources Director has recu~L,L~nded in a staff
report dated September 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-48 be an~nded in the
im3raner hereinafter set forth, effective Sept~n~ber .27, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-48 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the
Clerical Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
afor~m~ntioned amendments are in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THerEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective September 27, 1991 through O~tober 10, 1991, the
basic cc~pensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments
to l~.solution No. 9]/{-48 is Se~ 27, 1991.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and
the Clerical Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to
the foregoing classifications.
AND, BE IT FUKTH~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 91R-48 shall re~ain in full force and effect.
