OF CC~P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE
CONFIDKNT/AL
WHEREAS, the ~ Resources Director has reckamL~r~led in a staff
report dated September 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-47 be 8/ae~ded i~
the ~_ner hereinafter sat forth, effective September 27, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-47 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to
the Confidential Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendments are in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective September 27, 1991 through October 10, 1991,
the basic c~L~_nsation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED, that the effective date of said
amendments to Resolution No. 91R-47 is September 27, 1991.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 9LR-47 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE F(1R~GOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of October , 1991.
