91-289 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-289 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ELECTRIC RATES, RULES, AHD REGULATIONS. W~EREAS, under Charter Section 1221, the City Counoil is authorized to establish rates, rules and regulations for the water and electric utilities; and Wq{EREAS, the city Council desires to amend Rules 5 and 10 of the Electric Rates, Rules and Regulations to streamline the procedure by which a utility customer may dispute an electric bill. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that Rules 5 and 10 of the Electric Rates, Rules and Regulations be, and the same are hereby, amended to read as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the city of Anaheim this 1st day of October, ~991.
