~ RESOLUI~ON NO 91R-78 WHICh{ ESTABLISHED RATES OF O~4P~SATTON
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNA~'~D AS AE~I~ MANAG]~
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 17, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-78 be a/~J%ded i~ the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective September 27, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-78 which established rates of cc~pensation for classifications designated
as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 911{-78 be a~J~ted by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Pange
P~development/Economic Development Manager X C~19
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-78 be fth-ther a~ed by
deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary R~/lge
Development Services Manager X CR17
BE IF ~ RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 91R-78 is Se~ 27, 1991.
AND, BE IT FURTH~k RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 91R-78 shall remain in full force and effect.
