AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC83-110 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCELS 1, 2 AND 3, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOR 33,
PAGE 1 OF PARCEL MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY,
be changed to "C-R" COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That prior to commencement of structural framing, fire
hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and determined to
be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.
2. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the
appropriate traffic signal assessment fee shall be paid to the City
of Anaheim in an amount as determined by the City Council for new
commercial buildings.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Street Maintenance and
Sanitation Division.
4. That prior to final building inspection, a pedestrian
barrier along the southern property line adjacent to the ATSP
Railroad right-of-way shall be constructed in a design which provides
a permanent security fence.

5. That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications'on file with the City of
Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5, provided, however, that a
pedestrian barrier, as required by Condition No. 4, aforementioned,
shall also be constructed.
6. That prior to final building and zoning inspections,
Condition Nos. 3 and 5, above-mentioned, shall be complied with.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of January, 1984.
