AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.272, BY
ADDING THERETO NEW SUBSECTIONS .055 and .165 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO NO PARKING
DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.272,
Subsections .055 and .165 be, and the same are hereby added to
read as follows:
"14.32.272 PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED
_ .055 Falmouth Street, on the south side,
from the east property line of John
Marshall School to Columbine Street;
.165 Water Street, on the north side, from
the east property line of Benjamin
Franklin School to Janss Street."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed,published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council'of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of January, 1984.
