AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC84-20 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 4
SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, PARTLY WITHIN THE RANCHO LAS
BOLSAS AND PARTLY WITHIN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON THE
SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE
10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT DISTANT SOUTH 00 42' 47" EAST
239.04 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID SOUTH HALF,
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH HALF, SAID
POINT BEING THE MOST WESTERLY SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF
THE LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED TO LAYNE E. FITTS AND
OTHERS, RECORDED DECEMBER 27, 1956 IN BOOK 3753, PAGE
106 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE SOUTH 89° 38' 07" EAST
300.00 FEET TO AN ANGLE POINT IN THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY
OF SAID LAND OF FITTS; THENCE SOUTH 0° 42' 47" EAST
ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LAND OF FITTS
100.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAND
DESCRIBED IN DEED TO CARL ARTHOFER AND WIFE, RECORDED
DECEMBER 16, 1959 IN BOOK 5017, PAGE 197 OF OFFICIAL
RECORDS; THENCE NORTH 89° 38' 07" WEST ALONG THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LAND OF ARTHOFER AND ALONG THE
WESTERLY PROLONGATION THEREOF 300.00 FEET TO A POINT IN
SAID WESTERLY LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
27; THENCE NORTH 00 42' 47" WEST ALONG SAID WESTERLY
LINE 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with -the City of
Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 6 provided, however, that
kitchen efficiency units may be installed in no more than twenty-five
percent (25%) of the motel units, with a maximum of 6 -cubic foot
refrigerators, two -burner stoves excluding oven and baking facili-
ties, and single compartment sinks, except that the manager's unit
will be allowed to have full kitchen facilities.
2. That prior to final building and zoning inspections,
Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be complied with.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION.3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of April, 1984.
