A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-49 WH1CII ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAl,
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated March 2, 1993, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective March 12, 1993~ and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-49 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the
General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find thav the
aforementioned amendmen~ is in the bes~ interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are
now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha~ the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 91R-49 is March 12, 1993.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 15, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Unit represented by ~he Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to
the fo~-egoing classifications.
AND, BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED, that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 91R-49 shall remain in full force and effect.
