AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
A CONDITION OF APPROVAL AS SET FORTH IN
ORDINANCE NO. 4490 RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
84R-39 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
therein mentioned and described should be made after a duly
noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance
changing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements
have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted
Ordinance No. 4490 changing said zone or zones on the real
property therein described subject to those certain conditions as
set forth in said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, City Council did thereinafter amend the
conditions of approval as theretofore imposed in Resolution No.
84R-39 relating to said zone change; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the conditions
of approval as set forth in Ordinance No. 4490 in the manner
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Condition of Approval Number 16 as set forth in
Ordinance No. 4490 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
"16. That a 6 -foot high masonry block wall shall
be constructed along the easterly and northerly
property lines, and along the southerly property line
abutting the 15 -foot wide landscaped area adjacent to
Alameda Avenue."
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Ordinance No.
4490 shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of September, 1984.
