AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC84-193 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1: THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
18, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, CITY OF ANAHEIM, CODUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION
18, NORTH 88° 57' 34" EAST 511.00 FEET FROM THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE SOUTH 0° 13'
10" EAST 190.00 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF
SAID SECTION:; THENCE NORTH 88° 57' 34" EAST 142.80
FEET PARALLEL WITH SAID NORTH LINE TO THE EAST LINE OF
THE WEST 20 ACRES OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 18, THENCE NORTH 190.00 FEET ALONG
SAID EAST LINE OF SAID NORTH LINE; THENCE SOUTH 88° 57'
36" WEST 142.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT THE NORTH 66.00 FEET THEREOF.

PARCEL 2: THE NORTH 5 ACRES OF THE WEST 20 ACRES OF
THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
EXCEPT THE NORTH 190.00 FEET THEREOF.
ALSO EXCEPT THE WEST 418.97 FEET THEREOF,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, unconditionally..
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of December, 1984.

ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4556 on the 4th day of December, 1984.
