93-036 RESOLUTION NO. 93R - 36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR FACILITIES
(TRACT NOS. 2689, 12701 AND 14502 AND SP 1884)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore
been irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and,
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and
the facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Lots B and C all as shown on Tract No. 2689
recorded in Book 76, Pages 16 through 18 in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
2. Street Improvements and Median Island Landscaping
on SP 1884 per Deed recorded July 3, 1991 as
Instrument No. 91-345393.
3. All those interests as offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on Tract No. 12701 recorded in
Book 640, Pages 25 through 36 in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
4. All those interests as offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on Tract No. 14502 recorded in
Book 686, Pages 22 and 23 in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd. ~day of February,
