AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC80-169 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and.the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PORTION A
Tract 10996 as shown in Book 532, Pages 11 through 16,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the Office
of the County Recorder, Orange County, California.
Tract 10997 as shown in Book 532, Pages 17 through 19,
-- inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the Office
of the County Recorder, Orange County, California.
PORTION B
Tract 10998 as shown in Book 532, Pages 20 through 25,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the Office
of the County Recorder, Orange County, California.
into the "RS -HS -22,000 (SC)" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE FAMILY, HILLSIDE
SCENIC CORRIDOR ZONE as to Portion A above described, and into the
"RS-HS-43,000(SC)" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE FAMILY, HILLSIDE SCENIC
CORRIDOR OVERLAY ZONE, as to Portion B above described, subject to
the following conditions:

1. That all lots within the proposed subdivisions shall be
developed in accordance with site development standards of the SC
(Scenic Corridor Overlay) Zone.
2. That there shall be no grading or construction on the only
known archeological site within the project, as identified in
Environmental Impact Report No. 236.
3. That a qualified archeologist shall be present at all
times during grading and construction operations and that a list of
any archeological finds shall be submitted to the Juaneno Indian Band.
4. That a sewage pump station shall be constructed and
utilized for the disposal of all sewage and that there shall be no
septic tanks.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
.zone,i•n which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council' of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of February, 1985
