A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LE'I-FER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
LOCAL 47 AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1993, the Labor Relations Director met
and conferred with officials and employee representatives of the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated February 4, 1993 between
the parties has been prepared and signed extending the current Memorandum
of Understanding to July 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to approve said Letter
of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated February 4, 1993, between
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 and the City
of Anaheim, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein, are approved and said Memorandum of Understanding is
hereby extended in accordance with the terms of said Letter of
Understanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of February , 1993.

AFTER meeting and conferringthe City of Anaheim and the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union #47, agree that the
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim end the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union #47 for the
period July 7, 1989 thru July 2, 1992, signed by the parties on October 6,
1989, shallremain in full force and effect through July 1, 1993.
