AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AN EIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TTLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELA ING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFIIANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
70R-155 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described shouldjbe made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions andllrequirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of aichange or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have leen complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to',in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is'hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain pr perty situated in the

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
