4586ORDINANCE NO. 4586 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission id adopt its Resolution No. PC83-102 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticedhearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and r quirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a cha ge or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain pro erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: THE WESTERLY RECTANGULAR 118.38 FEET 0 OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHE. That prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall present evidence satisfactory to the Chief Building Inspector that the residential units will be in conformance with Noise Insulation Standards specified in the California Administrative Code, Title 25. 12. That subject property shall be d veloped substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Revision No. 1 of Exhibit No . 1 through 3. 15. That prior to final building and zoning inspections, Condition Nos. 4, 6, 10 and 14, above -menti ned, shall be complied with. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and `incorp rated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, ani said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be add24 to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION The City Clerk shall certify to he passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulat d in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final p ssage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
