AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ANAHEIM ADDING SECTION 11.04.095 TO
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO FIRE
CONVENTION CENTER, AND GOLF COURSE

SECTION 1. That Section 11.04.09 be added to the
Anaheim Municipal Code to provide as folio s:
"11.04.095 FIRES ON STADIUM, CONVENTION CENTER, AND
GOLF COURSE PROPERTIES
11.04.095.010
It is unlawful for any person to
fuel to, or fail or refuse to immediately
any city employee, any fire on Anaheim St
Center, Anaheim Municipal Golf Course or
property.
This section shall not apply to

11.04.095.020
Section 11.04.095.010 shall not apply to any person
granted a permit for a fire by the City of Anaheim. The General
Manager or the written designee of the Gen ral Manager is hereby
authorized to issue permits for such fires and to impose such
conditions as may be necessary to protect health and safety. Any
permittee shall comply with all applicabl4 laws in the starting
and maintenance of such fires.
Each permit is subject to the condition that the
permittee shall fully indemnify the City of Anaheim, its offices,
agents and employees for all liability arising from said fire.
SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY''
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason
to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have
passed all other portions of this ordinance independent of the
elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared
invalid.
