4591ORDINANCE NO. 4591
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING, NUNC PRO TUNCi ORDINANCE
NO. 4561 PERTAINING TO PROHIBITED ARKING.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1984, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim adopted Ordiance No. 4561
pertaining to prohibited parking; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, a new
subsection, to wit: subsection .2170 concerning prohibited parking
on a portion of Halliday Street, was added to the Anaheim
Municipal Code when a pre-existing section 'as numbered .2170; and
WHEREAS, two subsections now are numbered .2170; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 2 of Ordinance 4561 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by deleting the number .217 wherever said number
appears therein, and substituting in its pl ce and stead the
number .2175.
SECTION 2. L
In all other respects Ordinance No!. 4561 shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin. a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of April, 1985.
