AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAH
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TI
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AMENDING
18 OF THE
ZONING.
AHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissionid adopt its Resolution
No. PC85-07 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed tearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and r quirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a charge or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to it Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION lly TOWNSHIP 4
SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LOS COYOTES, CITY
OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF',CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51 PAGE 11 OF''MISCELLANEOUS
MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT EAST 66.00 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF SAID EAST HALF; THENCE NORTH O° 15' 50" WEST
360.41 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID EAST
HALF TO AN ANGLE POINT IN THE WESTERLY,LINE OF THE LAND
CONVEYED TO J. K. DOYLE AND WIFE BY DEED RECORDED APRIL
21, 1953 IN BOOK 2490 PAGE 157 OF OFFI IAL RECORDS;
THENCE NORTH 89° 41' 55" EAST 287.40 FEET; THENCE SOUTH
00 29' 51" EAST 144.02 FEET; THENCE SO TH 30 06' 35"
EAST 216.59 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF ISAID EAST HALF;
THENCE SOUTH 90 41' 10" WEST 298.66 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT THE WEST 75.00 FEET THEREOF,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL
MULTIPLE -FAMILY
ZONE, unconditionally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, an the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of'the zone or zones as above set forth, an said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be addd to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and ado ted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim'iBulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approied and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9�h day of April, 1985.
