AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAH IM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TI LE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT NG TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did ad pt its Resolution No.
84R-391 determining that a change or change in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; andl
WHEREAS, certain conditions and lequirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have b en complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to din Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain pro Ierty situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of,California, described
as follows, to wit:
THE NORTH 205 FEET OF THE WEST 120 FEET OF THE EAST
221.33 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION TWENTY-FOUR,
TOWNSHIP FOUR SOUTH, RANGE ELEVEN WEST S.B.B. & M., AS
SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK -51, PA E 7 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE OUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
PARCEL A: THE NORTH 205 FEET OF THE EAST 221.32 FEET OF
THE WEST 442.65 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
24, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, I THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORAN37E COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, ani the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shill be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and in orporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set fo th, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted aid the City Engineer is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
''fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and aft er its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9�h day of April, 1985.
