4595ORDINANCE NO. 459
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
85R-19 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and,
WHEREAS, certain conditions and equirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a hange or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCILIOF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to 'n Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 65 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 1�5 FEET OF LOT 5,
WEIGHT, FREEMAN & MC CLOUGHAN SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 1, PAGE 2 OF RECORD O SURVEYS, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER, ORANGE OUNTY.
EXCEPT THEREFROM THE SOUTHERLY 506 FEET. ALSO EXCEPT THE
NORTH 5.25 FEET AS CONVEYED TO THE CITYY OF ANAHEIM FOR
ROAD PURPOSES BY DEED RECORDED MARCH 4j, 1912 IN BOOK
210, PAGE 6 OF DEEDS,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the
following condition:
That each new tenant shall be notified of the nearby
railroad tracks in Olive Street and the associated train noise and
vibration.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
.— newspaper'of general circulation, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9�h day of ApL,4, 1985.
