A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF
RESOLUTION NO. 89R-295 OF THE CITY
COUNCIL RELATED TO ELECTRIC REVENUE
ANTICIPATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"city") at its meeting on July 18, 1989 adopted a Resolution,
designated as Resolution No. 89R-295 (the "Original Resolution"),
relating to the issuance of Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes of
the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the city to amend
the Original Resolution in certain respects;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The first "WHEREAS" clause of the Original
Resolution is hereby amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim (the "city") at its meeting on June
20, 1989, adopted an Ordinance, designated as
Ordinance No. 5032, establishing new
procedures for the issuance, sale and securing
of Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes of the
city and providing the terms and conditions of
said Notes (as amended and supplemented from
time to time, the "Ordinance"); and
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective on the
first date, on or after the date of adoption hereof, that Ordinance
No. __ (as originally adopted) has become effective. Notes issued
after adoption of this Resolution, but before its effective date,

shall (i) until said effective date, be subject to the Original
Resolution, and (ii) on and after said effective date, be subject
to the Original Resolution as amended by this Resolution. Except
as amended hereby, the Original Resolution remains in full force
and effect.
