A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING TIME,
PURSUANT TO 47 C.F.R. SECTION 76.933, FOR
CONSIDERATION OF A SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR
MULTIVISION CABLE TV.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has received a schedule of
rates for the Basic Service Tier and Associated Equipment from
MultiVision Cable TV pursuant to the filing of an FCC Form 393
with the City on November 29, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
unable to determine whether the existing or proposed rates are
within the Federal Communication Commission's permitted Basic
Service Tier Charge or the Actual Cost of Equipment, as defined
in 47 C.F.R. Sections 76.922 and 76.923, on the basis of the
information provided by the cable television operator and other
information currently in the possession of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that the period of thirty (30) days described
in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.933(a) to request and/or consider
additional information or to consider the comments from
interested parties is hereby tolled and extended for an
additional ninety (90) days, the additional period to commence on
the date on which final action would have been required pursuant
to 47 C.F.R. Section 76.933(a), so that a full 120-day review
period is provided.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of
December , 1993.
