A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING PERMIT
APPLICATION AND APPEAL FEES
PURSUANT TO SECTION 14.32.310 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Section 14.32.310 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code relating to vending from vehicles; and
WHEREAS, said Section authorizes the City Council to
establish nonrefundable application fees for operator's permits
and vendor's permits and fees for the processing of appeals
relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted its
Resolution No. 86R-512 establishing said permit and appeal fees
which fees have not been changed since 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said fees in
the amounts hereinafter set forth which amounts do not exceed the
reasonable costs of processing said applications and appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby establishes a
nonrefundable application fee for operator's permits pursuant to
Anaheim Municipal Code Section 14.32.310.030 in the amount of Two
Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($225.00). Said fee shall be
applicable to applications for new permits and the annual renewal
of existing permits.
2. That the city Council hereby establishes a
nonrefundable application fee for vendor's permits pursuant to
Anaheim Municipal Code Section 14.32.310.040 in the amount of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) plus such amount as may be established
from time to time by the California Department of Justice for the
processing of said applications through such Department. Said
fee shall be applicable to applications for new permits and the
annual renewal of existing permits.
3. That the City Council hereby establishes a
nonrefundable appeal fee pursuant to either subsection .070 or
.0805 of Section 14.32.310 of the Anaheim Municipal Code in the
amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 86R-512 be,
and same is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted this 2nd
day of November , 1993.
