A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated April 27, 1993, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective May 7, 1993: and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-125, which established rates of compensation for classifications designated
as Unrepresented Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective May 7, 1993, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the
following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
Classification Salary Schedule Hourly
Parking Citation Hearing Officer 2000 G-E $18,14 - $20.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 91R-125 is May 7, 1993.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein Resolution
No 91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of May, 1993.
