93-067 RESOLUTION NO. 93R - 67
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
MASTER PLaN FOR DRAINAGE AS IT
PERTAINS TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL AREA
OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the city Council did, on January 15, 1974,
adopt Resolution No. 74R-11, which resolution did adopt the
Master Plan for Drainage for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, changes in land use and revised storm drain
design parameters (promulgated by the Orange County Flood Control
District) make it necessary to review and update the Master Plan
For Drainage; and
Whereas, as a portion of the review and updating of the
entire Master Plan For Drainage, studies have been undertaken and
an amendment to the Master Plan For Drainage prepared and
presented to the City Council for the "South Central Area" of
Anaheim, which area is generally bounded by Lincoln Avenue, State
College Boulevard, the south City limits and Ninth Street; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend the
Master Plan For Drainage by adopting the Master Plan Of Drainage
For The South Central Area, dated February, 1993, on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby amend the Master Plan for Drainage by adopting the
Master Plan Of Drainage For The South Central Area as an
amendment to the Master Plan For Drainage.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
city Council of the city of Anaheim this 4th day of May
1993.
