93-059 RESOLUTION NO. 93R-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ~NAHEIM AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OR INTERESTS
THEREIN. (DEER CANYON STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT)
WHEREAS, a certain easement for sewer and storm drain
purposes was conveyed to the city of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the parties that the
City secure a twenty five foot wide easement; and
WHEREAS, due to an error in the legal description in
the instrument granting said easement, a wider easement was
granted than was contemplated by the parties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to relinquish
that portion of the easement which portion is wider than the
twenty five foot wide easement contemplated by the parties; and
WHEREAS, a quitclaim deed has been prepared and
presented to the City, which, if executed by the city will
correct the above-described error.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute, on behalf of the city of Anaheim, that
certain quitclaim deed to Manjoran Dutt.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
city Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of April ,
1992.
