93-175 RESOLUTION NO. 93R-175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES
OR INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, by deed dated September 16, 1988 recorded at
88-569858 Records of Orange County (hereinafter "the deed"),
Rodriquez Jones and Company did irrevocably offer to dedicate
certain property for road and public utility purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the deed did grant to the City of Anaheim the
option of selecting one of two different grants; and,
WHEREAS, the City has determined to accept the
easements set forth in Exhibits C and D of the deed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept the easements set forth in Exhibits C and D
of deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the easements as described in Exhibits C
and D of deed be, and they are hereby, accepted into the City
street system. (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a copy of this
Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24thday of A~g,~st ,
