A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION,
CLERICAL UNIT, AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Assistant Labor Relations Director met and conferred
with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Clerical Unit, to discuss amending Appendix "A'~ by
adding a "U" to the classification of Housing Intake Specialist; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated August 2, 1993 between
the parties has been prepared amending Appendix "A" of the current
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
approval of said Letter of Understanding Is in the best Interest of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated August 2, 1993, between the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit, and the City of
Anaheim, a copy of which Is attached hereto, is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th date of August, 1993.

The Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit and the City of
Anaheim after meeting and conferring, have reached an agreement to amend
Appendix "A", Wages as follows:
The classification of Housing Intake Specialist shall be
designated in Appendix "A" by a "U" before the schedule numbers.
