A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION
89R-23 (REDISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR
ANNEXATION NO. 275-COAL CANYON) .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim duly
approved and adopted Resolution No. 89R-23 agreeing to a
redistribution of property tax for A~nexation No. 275-Coal Canyon
pursuant to the "Undeveloped" annexation provisions of the Master
Property Tax Transfer Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a legal description and map depicting the area
of Annexation No. 275 is attached to Resolution No. 89R-23 and
designated Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the property described and
depicted on Exhibit A has been dedicated to the State of
California for open space purposes, and it is appropriate to
amend Exhibit A to Resolution No. 89R-23 to reflect the reduced
area; and
WHEREAS, a legal description and map depicting the
revised area of Annexation No. 275-the Coal Canyon Annexation is
attached hereto and designated "Revised Exhibit A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the city of Anaheim that Revised Exhibit A attached hereto is
hereby substituted in place of the Exhibit A initially attached
to Resolution No. 89R-23.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27~h day of July
1993.
