A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff report
dated June 8, 1993, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective June 18, 1993.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as
Unrepresented Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended by adding the
following classifications:

Stadium Grounds Worker I A 0839 P-E
2. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended by deleting the
following classifications:

Stadium Grounds Worker 0839 P-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 91R-125 is June 18, 1993.
AHD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
