A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 93R-34 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff report
dated June 8, 1993, that Resolution No. 93R~34 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective June 18, 1993.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
92R-34 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
That, effective June 18, 1993 through July 1, 1993, the basic compensation
plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed
or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 93R-34 is June 18, 1993.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 4, 1993 between the City of Anaheim and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 apply to the foregoing
classification.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
93R-34 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FORECOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 22nd day of June, 1993.
