93-121 RESOLUTION NO. 93R-121 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-49 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff report dated June 8, 1993, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective June 18, 1993; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 91R-49 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: That, effective June 18, 1993 through October 7, 1993, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Salary Salary Classification Schedule Ranme Relationship Family Self-Sufficiency 1.200 x Supervisor U 2004 A-E Hsg. Specialist Family Self-Sufficiency 1.050 x Specialist 1754 A-E Hsg. Specialist Senior Program Integrity 1.250 x Specialist U 2088 A-E Hsg. Specialist Program Integrity 1.150 x Specialist 1921 A-E Hsg. Specialist Data Communications 1.100 x Network Analyst 2410 A-E Programmer II Landscape Inspector U 1850 G-E 1.200 x Park Maint. Wkr. I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 91R-49 is June 18, 1993. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to the foregoing classification. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No. 91R-49 shall remain in full force and effect. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22ndday of June, 1993.
