94-021 RESOLUTION NO. 94R - 21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE ADVANCED TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Administration is
proposing a Field Operational Test Project entitled the Advanced
Traffic Control System ("Project") which includes the testing of
advanced traffic signal system software and traffic video
detection devices; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is willing to participate
in Project and to contribute to the cost of undertaking Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has received grants from
the Department of Energy of the United States, which grant funds
are eligible to be applied to Project.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby agree to contribute the sum of $20,000.00 toward the
cost of Project.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lstday of March ,
1994.
