A RESOLUTION OF THE COP24UNITY DEVELOPI-4ENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
REPAYMENT OF A LOAN OF MONIES BORROWED FROM
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, by agreement dated
August 5, 1975, advance to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency the
sum of $4,000,000.00 as an interest-free and
WHEREAS, said funds are no longer required or needed
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community De-
velopment Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency,
does hereby authorize and direct the repayment to the City of
Anaheim, as payment in full, the sum of $4,000,000.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of May, 1976.
