A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
C011 ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
PREPARATION OF AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGO-
TIATE FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF A PORTION OF
PROJECT ALPHA.
( Laserium - Orange, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the responsibility of redeveloping Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, Laserium - Orange, Inc. has expressed a desire
to undertake negotiations for the construction of a laserium con-
cert theater in a portion of Project Alpha.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agency General
Counsel be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare
the necessary documentation whereby Laserium - Orange, Inc. would
have an exclusive right to negotiate for the redevelopment of a
portion of Project Alpha.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of May, 1976.
