A RESOLUTION OF THE COI•MUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has, by separate
agreement with P B Q & D. Inc., agreed to pay for certain
consulting services concerning transportation studies;
and
WHEREAS, said transportation studies will
address traffic and transportation problems relating to
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the subject matter of said study is of
significance in the redevelopment of Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will pay the City for a
portion of the costs of said study; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the Community Development
Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of that certain agreement with the City
of Anaheim be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 13th day of April , 1976.
