A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
KENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDI-
TIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF ENGINEERING CON-
SULTING SERVICES (Willdan Associates).
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission, actin;
as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, is charged with the respon-

sibility for implementing the redevelopment plan for Project
Alpha; and
Z ^J'HEREAS, the Agency needs the services of an engineer -
ing`consultant; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of`which are acceptable to the Community Development
Commission, acting as the Redevelopment Agency, whereby
Willdan Associates will provide said services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of that agreement with 1 1 Mldan Associates be, and they
are hereby, accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si¢ned by me
