A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES WITH BISSELL - AUGUST ASSOCIATES,
INC. DBA ROBERT LAWSON, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the responsibility of implementing the redevelopment of
Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, Agency requires the services of a consultant
to advise the Agency and its staff in the analysis of existing
structures to determine the feasibility of rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, Bissell- August Associates, Inc. dba Robert
Lawson, Structural have agreed to,prQvide said services;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community De-
velopment Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency,
does hereby approve the terms and conditions of that agreement
with Bissell- August Associates, Inc. dba Robert Lawson, Structural
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
